EV CHARGER INSTALLATION

EV Charger Installation for Homes & Condominiums.

Vorensa Electric installs EV chargers for homes and condominiums across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — evaluating the panel, service capacity, and circuit requirements the charger depends on, not just mounting the unit on the wall.

DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

WHY THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MATTERS

The charger is only one part of the installation.

An EV charger is a straightforward piece of equipment to mount. What the installation actually depends on is the electrical system supporting it — the capacity of the existing panel, the electrical service, and the circuit built to carry a continuous charging load.

Vorensa Electric evaluates that system as part of every EV charger installation, for homes and condominiums across South Florida.

HOMES & CONDOMINIUMS

EV charger installation for both property types.

Vorensa Electric installs EV chargers in single-family homes and condominiums. Each comes with a different electrical starting point.

01

Homes

A dedicated circuit run to a garage or exterior charging location, sized around the existing panel and the charger's electrical requirements. Depending on the equipment, the charger may be hardwired or connected through an appropriate outlet-based configuration.

02

Condominiums

Condominium installations can involve additional electrical and logistical conditions, since the parking space is often separated from the unit and its electrical equipment. Vorensa evaluates the electrical path between the two and installs accordingly.

PANEL CAPACITY & LOAD

What we check before we install.

Every EV charger adds a continuous load to a property's electrical system. Before installation, Vorensa evaluates the existing panel, available capacity, and service size to determine what the property can support — including conductor sizing and circuit requirements specific to the charger being installed.

Not every installation requires a panel or service upgrade. When the existing electrical system can't support the added load, Vorensa can address the required electrical work — including panel or service-related upgrades — within its licensed scope.

CHARGER COMPATIBILITY

Built around the charger you choose.

Vorensa Electric has installed electrical circuits and connections for Tesla chargers, Hyundai-related charging equipment, and third-party and universal charging equipment — including chargers customers have already purchased. The electrical installation is based on the requirements of the specific charger and the property, not a single brand or model.

50A, RV & SPECIALTY POWER

High-amp circuit experience beyond EV charging.

Vorensa Electric also installs dedicated outdoor power equipment for RV connections, large residential properties, farms and rural properties, RV parking areas, and temporary construction power. This is separate from EV charger installation — the electrical requirements are different — but draws on the same dedicated-circuit experience.

Specialty Power Equipment

Weather-resistant outdoor panels providing dedicated high-amperage receptacles — including combinations of 50A, 30A, and 20A outlets depending on the equipment and application.

RV & Rural Applications

Installed for RV connections, farm and rural properties, RV parking areas, and temporary power at construction sites.

HOW WE WORK

Evaluated, installed, and inspected when required.

Vorensa evaluates the existing electrical system, determines the circuit and any upgrade requirements, and installs the charger or specialty power equipment accordingly. When the scope requires a permit, Vorensa handles the electrical permitting process and performs the work through the required inspection.
